摘 要:目的了解医院消毒供应中心的管理与软实力建设现状,为持续改进供应中心管理提供依据。方法采用分层抽样和问卷调查方法,对广西158所医院消毒供应中心管理状况进行了调查,并对部分单位进行现场核实。结果回收143份问卷,回收率为90.5%。在所调查的医院消毒供应中心中,实现集中管理的占67.1%,有90%以上的供应中心建立了各项管理制度。有90.2%的消毒供应中心能根据实际需要调整物品供应量,仅有7.7%的单位实现了信息质量追溯管理。平均每所省级医院消毒供应中心每年开展岗位培训21人次和继续教育培训115人次。结论本区医院消毒供应中心专业化建设已进入快速发展时期,应继续推进集中管理服务模式,加强软实力建设。Objective To know the present situation of central sterile supply department (CSSD) management and soft power construction, in order to provide basis for continuous improving. Methods Stratified sampling and questionnaire survey was conducted in 158 central sterile supply department in 14 cities of Guangxi. And then field verification was con- ducted in parts of hospitals. Results There were 143 central sterile supply departments responded to the questionnaire, the real responsib]e rate was 90.5%. There were 67. 1% Central sterile supply departments took centralized management mode. More than 90% had set up the The single management system. 90. 2% could adjust the supply by actual needs, on- ly 7.7% could achieve quality tracing management. The person - time of on - the - job training and continuing education training of provincial hospital's CSSD were 21 and 115 person - time/year respectively. Conclusion The professional con- struction of our hospital's CSSD had entered the rapid development period, we should improve the central management mode and strengthen the soft power construction.
