摘　　要：目的了解鞍山市医疗机构消毒质量现状和存在问题,提出改进措施。方法采用现场抽样和检测的方法,对市属18所医疗机构的消毒与灭菌质量进行监测。结果 2010-2012年连续3年鞍山市医疗机构消毒质量总平均合格率为77.31%。市属综合医院消毒质量合格率平均为75.58%,专科医院消毒质量合格率平均为81.36%。在各监测对象中,室内空气消毒质量合格率最低,仅为26.52%;压力蒸汽灭菌质量合格率达到100%;消毒质量合格率较低的还有无菌物品和医务人员手,合格率分别为71.51%和79.89%。结论鞍山市医疗机构消毒质量总体较低,无菌物品灭菌质量应当限期改进。Objective To know the present status and existing problems of the disinfection quality of medical institutions in Anshan, put forward the improvement measures. Methods Field Sampling and testing were used to monitor the quality of disinfection and sterilization of 18 municipal medical institutions. Results The total average eligible rate of disinfection quality of medical institutions was 77. 31% in the years 2010 -2012 in Anshan. The average eligible rate of the disinfection quality of municipal general hospital and municipal special hospital were 75.58o/0 and 81.36% respectively. In each of the monitoring object, the eligible rates of disinfection quality of indoor air was the lowest, only 26. 52% ;the eligible rates of sterilization quality of pressure - steam sterilizers was 100% ; the eligible rates of disinfection quality of sterile objects and hands of medical staff were low, the qualified rate were 71.51% and 79. 89% respectively. Conclusions The disinfection quality of medical institutions is generally low in Anshan, the sterilization quality of sterile objects should be improved with- in the specified time.
