摘　　要：目的了解部队医疗机构医疗废物管理工作现状,提出改进措施。方法通过问卷和现场调查的方法,对某区驻军医院医疗废物管理情况进行调查与分析。结果 1 000张床位以上医院的医疗废物管理的软硬件建设基本符合规范要求。重点科室医疗废弃物处置室拥有率均在90%以上,感染性污物袋管理和配备合格污物袋合格率较低,利器盒及其正确使用都存在问题。结论部队医院医疗废弃物管理有待加强,主要问题是要加大对医疗废物基础设施的投入,增强监督指导力度。Objective To know the management status of medical waste of troop medical institution and provide improve measure. Methods Questionnaires and field investigation were used to investigate and analysis the management status of medical waste of a troop hospital. Results The soft and hard construction of medical waste management of hospital with more than 1 000 bed were according with the requirement. The rate of medical waste treatment office of key division were all above 90%. The rate of infection waste bag supervision and qualify waste bag equipment were low. There were problems with sharp instrument box and its correct usage. Conclusion The management of medical waste of troop medical institution should be improved, the main problem were enlarge the investment of medical waste infrastructure and strengthen the supevision.
