摘 要:目的 :应用放射性核素骨显像了解高强度体能训练后机体损伤情况。材料与方法 :随机抽取首次参加高强度体能训练 12周者 (初训组 )和经 1年适应训练者 (适应组 )各 35人 ,用99mTc MDP对其行全身骨显像以及相应部位X线摄片。结果 :初训组中 32人 12 1个浓聚灶 ,其中轻度浓度聚灶 93个 ,中度浓聚灶 2 8个。浓聚灶分布于股骨、胫骨和足部骨分别占 10 7%、33 7%和 5 2 9%。适应组 9人 18个轻度浓聚灶。 2 8个中度浓聚灶中仅 3个灶X线片有骨膜反应 ,轻度浓聚灶X线片均正常。结论 :高强度体能训练中肢体组织损伤普遍存在 ,大多位于下肢 ,其损伤与持续应力作用有关。99mTcPurposes: To estimate injuries in new trainees after enhanced physical exercise by radionuclide bone imaging. Materials and Methods: 35 new trainees after 12 weeks enhanced physical exercise and 35 subjects wich one year adaptive training were examined by 99m Tc-MDP bone imaging and conventional X-ray. Results: In 32 cases, 121 abnormal uptake foci (93 mild and 28 medial concentration) were found in new trainee group. 10.7%、33.7% and 52.9% of the foci were located in femora、fibulae and feet bone respectively. Only 18 foci of mild uptake were found in 9 cases of adaptive group. X-ray film revealed 3 local bone′s membrane reflection in 28 medial uptake foci. Conclusion: Limbs injuries are common in new trainees after enhanced physical exercise. Most of these injuries are mild and located in lower extremity. The lesion is related to persist stress. 99m Tc-MDP bone imaging is a sensitive and accurate method to early diagnose injuries caused by enhanced physical exercise.
