基于碳排放强度分析的出口产品结构优化研究——以温州为例

摘　　要：文章计算了2011年温州主要出口的16种产品的碳排放强度,对主要出口产品按碳排放强度、年出口量等两个指标进行减排空间大小分类。结果显示年出口额大、产品碳排放强度低的优质出口产品3种;出口量不大、产品碳排放强度低属于出口扶持产品的有6种;产品出口量大、碳排放强度高属于存在很大减排空间的产品1种;产品出口量不大、碳排放强度高,需政府引导其进行产业升级,不断降低碳排放的产品有6种。研究结果便于政府从贸易角度为温州缓解减排压力提供依据。This study calculated the carbon emission intensity of 16 kinds of main export products of Wen zhou in 2011, classified the 16 main products into 4 categories based on two indicators of carbon emission inten sity and annual export volume. Results showed that 3 kinds of products with high export volume and low carbon emission intensity from which Wenzhou＇s economy can be benefited; 6 kinds of products with small export vol ume and low carbon emission intensity ; 1 product with high export volume and high carbon emission intensity which can be further carbon reduction in future; and 6 kinds of products with low export volume and high carbon emission intensity which need the government to guide its industrial upgrading and reduce carbon emissions con tinually . The research results provide basis for the Wenzhou government to issue policies of reducing carbon from the perspective of export trade.
