摘  要:通过文献资料法和专家访谈法,依据现代"核心力量"的相关概念,运用定性分析,从"丹田"、"三节"、"腰胯"等术语中,辨识传统武术对于人体"核心区"的认识观点,并进一步探讨"核心区"在传统武术中的作用及发挥运动效能的支持系统。研究表明:对于人体"核心区"的认识,传统武术与现代体能训练的观点较为一致;人体核心区在传统武术中起着稳定重心、灵活转换和传导力量的作用;"形、意、气、力"是发挥"核心区"运动效能的支持系统;"三节"理论对人体发力规律和整劲的认识与现代"运动链"理论不谋而合。最后,例举出武术功法中关于"核心力量"的训练方法,以期为现代体能训练中实现"古法今用"提供借鉴和参考。Through using the method of literature, expert interviews, and based on the modem concepts of "Core Strength", adopted the qualitative analysis, this paper identifies the understanding to the human "Core Area" in traditional Wushu from the terminology of "pubic region", "three-jie", "yaokua" et al. and further explores the role of "Core Area" in traditional Wushu and the support system to play sports performance. Analysis has been proved that the views on human "Core Area" are similar between traditional Wushu and modem fitness. The hu- man core area can stabilize the center of gravity, converse flexibly and conduct strength in traditional Whshu. The support system playing sports performance of the core area includes "shape, mean, breath and strength". The "three-jie" theory happens to have the same understanding of human strength performance and entire vigor with the modem "Kinematic Chain" theory. Finally, the paper exemplified the training methods of "Core Strength" in Wushu skills to provide reference for the application of traditional methods in the modem physical training.
