摘 要:研究了两种不同形状石墨——棒状215石墨和球形中间相炭微球(MCMB)混合后的物理性能和电化学性能。两种石墨混合后,振实密度实测值均小于预计值。215石墨与MCMB以质量比3:7混合时,搭配效果最好。制备的电池在0—3.0V充放电,0.1C首次放电比容量比计算值增加了4%,且不可逆容量损失降低;以0.2C循环58次,容量保持率为102.5%,高于仅使用MCMB时的97.4%。The physical properties and electrochemical performance of mixture graphite anode with two different shapes of graphite [ claviform graphite 215 and round mesophase carbon micro heads( MCMB )] were researched. The measured value of tap density was less than the predicted value when two kinds of graphite mixed. When the graphite 215 and MCMB mixed with the mass ratio of 3: 7, the collocation performance was the best. When the prepared cell was charged-discharged in 0 - 3.0 V,its 0. 1 C specific discharge capacity increased 4% compared to the theoretical value,the irreversible capacity was decreased. After 58 cycles at 0. 2 C, the capacity retention rate was 102.5% ,higher than 97. 4% of which only using MCMB.
