新时期国家体育事业发展的诉求——由“功利体育”向“人本体育”的转变

摘　　要：我国体育事业现代化取决于国家的政策导向和人们的观念转变,要求群众体育现代化在协调群众体育与竞技体育关系和服务城乡居民基础上搞好体育资源均等化配置,竞技体育现代化在回归竞技体育理想最高境界前提下实现由"生存竞技"到"人本竞技"的转向,学校体育现代化在转变体育教育观念基础上追求以培养合格公民为终极目标的体育教育核心价值。The modernization of our national sports depends on the guidance of national policy and the changes of human conception. It requires that mass sports modernization conduct a balanced allocation on the basis of coordinating mass sports and competitive sports with service for urban and rural residents. The modernization of competitive sports should come to realize the change from ＂survival competition＂ to ＂humanistic sports＂ on the premise returning to its ideal tide- mark, while the modernization of school sports, after the transformation of school sports concept, aims to realize the core value of physical education with cultivating aualified citizens as its ultimate ~oal.
