摘　　要：本文结合国内城市地铁运营管理特点,提出了建设路网编播中心的两种方案,并对系统功能、总体框架设计进行探讨,最后建议采用"先制定标准,再搭建系统"的模式建设路网编播中心系统。Combined with the characteristics of urban metro operation and management,this paper presented two kinds of program of building Passenger Information System Control Center（PCC）,discussed the system function and the design of overall framework,proposed the model of ＂standard-setting first,and then build the system＂ to build PCC.
