摘　　要：轨道交通综合监控系统调试工程有工期短、专业性强、调试工程量大、受相关专业影响大等特点。工程监理工作的好坏直接关系到综合监控系统建设工程的投入产出、工程质量和轨道交通的安全运营。文章主要针对目前北京地铁6号线综合监控系统调试阶段的监理难点、重点和监理措施进行了探讨。The testing project of Integrated Monitoring and Control System for Urban Transit was with the characteristics as followings that the construction period was limited,professional knowledge and skills were required,the quantities of the project were large,the project was easily affected by other relevant items,etc.The effect of the project＇s supervision was directly related to the input/output and the construction quality to the construction project of the System,the safety of operation to the Urban Transit.The article was mainly discussed supervision difficulties,focuses and measures for the commissioning phase of the System in Beijing Subway Line 6.
