摘　　要：目的：研究桑科柘属植物构棘根的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化，根据理化性质及波谱数据对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果：从构棘根70％乙醇提取物中分离得到13个化合物，分别鉴定为：β-谷甾醇（1）、butyrospermol（2）、butyrospermolacetate（3）、右旋丁香树脂（4）、1，3，6-三羟基-7-甲氧基咕吨酮（5）、1，3，6，7-四羟基-8-异戊烯基咕吨酮（6）、山柰酚（7）、二氢山柰酚（8）、伞形花内酯（9）、对羟基苄基乙基醚（10）、2，4-二羟基苯甲醛（11）、对羟基苯甲醛（12）、香草醛（13）。结论：其中，化合物2～6、10～13为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective：To study the chemical constituents of Cudrania cochinchinensis. Methods：Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel cohlmn, sephadex LH-20 chromatography and recrystallization. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results：Thirteen compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of the root of Cudrania cochinchinensis and identified as β-sitosterol （ 1 ） , butyrospermol （2） , butyrospermol acetate （3）, （ ＋ ） syringarenol （4）, 1,3,6-trihydroxy-7 -methoxy xanthone （ 5 ）, 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxy-8-prenylxanthone （ 6 ） , kaempferol （ 7 ） , dihydrokaempferol （ 8 ）, umbelliferone （9） ,4-hydroxybenzyl ethyl ether （ 10）, 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde （ 11 ）, 4-hydrox-ybenzaldehyde （ 12 ）and vanillin （ 13 ）. Conclusion ： Compounds 2 - 6,10 - 13 are isolated from Cudrania cochinchinensis for the first time.
