我国造口治疗师培养与使用的思考

摘　　要：针对我国造口治疗师培养的起源和现状以及造口治疗师的角色和工作模式,结合实际工作,阐述我国造口治疗师培养和使用的体会,并结合现状建议扩大造口治疗师培养规模及覆盖面、提升造口治疗师的学历、规范学校教材标准和建立师资沟通交流平台;建议设置伤口、造口护理专科护士岗位并制订相关规范,以减少医疗风险,提升专科护理质量。Based on the origin and status of enterostomal therapists＇training, and enterostomal therapists＇roles and work modes in our coutry, this paper ad- dressed the experiences of training and utilization of enterostomal therapists, and combining with the status, made suggestions of enlarging the traning scale and coverage, improving enterostomal therapists＇academic background, standardizing the teaching materials, developing communication platform, and suggestions of se- ting up post of enterostomal therapists and formulating standards, so as to decrease medical risks and imorove the cmalitv of snecialized nursing.
