摘　　要：目的:了解我院2012年全院麻醉药品使用情况,对我院麻醉药品使用的合理性进行全面分析,并以此作为临床合理使用麻醉药品的重要参考依据。方法:从药库管理系统中调取2012年我院麻醉药品使用数据,采用限定日剂量(DDD)作为测定药物的利用单位,通过计算药品用药频度(DDDs)来分析用药情况。结果:阿片类麻醉药品用量逐渐加大,哌替啶注射液的用量有减小趋势。盐酸羟考酮控释片(20 mg*10片)、盐酸羟考酮控释片(10 mg*10片)、芬太尼透皮贴剂(4.2 mg*5帖)的DDDs排序居前3位。结论:2012年我院麻醉药品的使用情况基本合理,多采用口服或无创的阿片类麻醉药进行镇痛,但仍需对哌替啶注射液的用量给予控制。此外要加强医护人员对此类药品的教育培训,使临床应用更加合理安全。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of narcotic drugs in our hospital in 2012, analysis and discuss the rationality in the use of narcotic drugs so as to provide important references for clinical rational use of narcotic drugs. METHODS： The utilization data of narcotic drugs in our hospital in 2012 were retrieved from drug storeroom management system, and the drug use was analyzed by computing DDDs using defined daily dose （DDD） as the unit of measurement of drug use. RESULTS ： The volume of use of opioid narcotic drugs gradually increased yet the volume of use of pethidine injections showed a downward trend. Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets （20 mg ＊ 10 tablets）, Oxycodone Hydrochloride Controlled-release Tablets （10 mg ＊ 10 tablets） and Fentanyl Transdermal System （4. 2 mg ＊ 5 posts） ranked among the top three in terms of DDDs. CONCLUSION： The utilization of narcotic drugs in our hospital in 2012 was rational on the whole. Analgesia was achieved mostly by taking oral or non-invasive. However, the volume of use of pethidine injection remains to be controlled. In addition, it is important to strengthen education and training among medical staff regarding utilization of narcotic drugs to ensure more rational and safer clinical use of narcotic drugs.
