摘  要:目的优选滇桂艾纳香滴丸的制备工艺。方法以基质种类、药物与基质配比、滴制温度、滴距、滴速、冷却温度、冷凝剂种类为考察因素,以丸重变异系数、溶散时限、外观质量的综合评分为评价指标,采用单因素试验优选滴丸的处方和成型工艺。结果滴丸制备的最佳条件为:基质为聚乙二醇4000与聚乙二醇6000(1:1),药物与基质的配比1:2,滴制温度为80℃,滴速为221125滴/min,滴距为10cm,冷凝温度为10—15℃,冷凝液为二甲基硅油。结论该工艺制得的滴丸丸重差异小、溶散时间短、外观质量好。Objective To optimize the preparation technology ofBlumea riparia (B1.) DC. dropping pills. Methods The formulation and molding technology ofBlumea Riparia (B1.) DC. dropping pills were optimized by single factor test and using variation coefficient, time of dissolution and appearance quality as index. The factors to consider included types of matrix, the proportion of drug and matrix, dropping temperature, dropping speed, dropping distance, cooling temperature, and types of condensation. Results Optimized preparation conditions were as follows: matrix was PEG4000 and PEG6000 (1:1), ratio of drug and matrix was 1:2, temperature of dropping was 80℃, dropping speed was 22-25 drop/min, dropping distance was 10 cm, condensate temperature was 10-15%and the condensation was dimethicone. Conclusion Prepared dropping pills by this preparation technology was characterized with low weight variation, quick dissolution and good quality.
