品管圈在降低ICU患者气管插管非计划性拔管发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈对降低ICU患者气管插管非计划性拔管发生率的作用。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,运用品质管理手法管理ICU气管插管患者。结果:实施品管圈活动后,气管插管患者非计划性拔管发生率从活动前的6.97%降低至活动后的2.36%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:正确运用品管圈可明显降低气管插管患者非计划拔管的发生率,并且能提高圈员的综合能力。Objective： To explore the effects of Quality Control Circle （QCC） on decreasing the unplanned extubation incidence among ICU patients with endotracheal intubation. Methods： We set up a QCC group and followed the steps of quality management to take care of ICU patients with endotracheal intubation. Results： After delivering QCC activity, the incidence of unplanned extubation of ICU patients with endotracheal intubation was reduced significantly from 6.97% to 2.36% （P0.01）. Conclusion： The correct application of QCC could significantly decrease the incidence of unplanned extubation and improve the competence of the circle members.
