摘　　要：目的:探讨PICC专科护理门诊实施的效果及意义。方法:对1700例在病房进行PICC维护的患者及2800例在PICC专科护理门诊进行PICC维护的患者进行调研,比较两组患者的复诊率、并发症的发生率及患者的满意度。结果:PICC置管患者的复诊率从85.71%提高到95.68%,导管相关性并发症的发生率从2.94%降低至0.78%,对专科护理特色服务及临床护理质量服务的满意度分别提高到98.40%、97.04%。结论:PICC专科护理门诊使PICC置管患者得到了更加规范、优质的护理服务,推动了专科护理的发展。Objective： To explore the implementation and effect of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter （PICC） nursing specialist outpatient clinic. Methods： Based on the follow-up data of 1700 patients with PICC in the wards and 2800 patients with PICC in the PICC nursing specialist outpatient clinic, we compared the readmission rate, the complication incidence, and the satisfaction of PICC patients between two groups. Results： PICC nursing specialist outpatient clinic made the PICC patients＇ readmission rate increase from 85.71% to 95.68%, the incidence of catheter-related complications reduce from 2.94% to 0.78%, and the satisfaction of the nursing specialist service and the quality of clinical nursing service increase to 98.40% and 97.04%. Conclusion： PICC nursing specialist outpatient clinic could provide patients with standard and high quality nursing service and promote the development of the specialized nursing.
