“三位一体”无缝隙护理服务模式在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：选择2010年6月至2011年6月在我院产科进行产检及分娩的糖尿病孕妇50例为研究对象,在其孕期常规产前检查时实施"三位一体"无缝隙护理服务模式。研究结果显示模式实施后患者的遵医行为依从性、对妊娠期糖尿病自我护理的相关知识水平较实施前明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。"三位一体"无缝隙护理服务模式能进一步提高患者的遵医行为依从性,从而有利于减少并发症的发生,保证母婴安全。We recruited 50 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） and delivered the prenatal Trinitarian seamless nursing service mode to them from June 2010 to June 2011. The results showed that the compliance behavior and self- care knowledge level among GDM patients improved significantly after the intervention （P0.05）. The Trinitarian seamless nursing service mode could improve the compliance behavior of GDM patients, decrease their complications, and ensure the safety of mother and infant.
