摘 要:目的:探讨不同包装方法对经压力蒸汽灭菌后广口玻璃瓶破裂率的影响。方法:将首次使用的240个广口玻璃瓶平均分为A、B、C、D 4组进行实验,每组60个,将A组采用传统方法包装;B、C、D组分别采用不同的改进方法包装,比较经压力蒸汽灭菌后各组广口玻璃瓶的破裂率。结果:改进包装方法后,B组与D组广口玻璃瓶破裂率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);C组破裂率与A组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用传统方法包装的广口玻璃瓶经压力蒸汽灭菌后破裂率高;广口玻璃瓶清洁后,将瓶底与瓶盖相对,进行独立塑封或棉布包装,倒立放在不锈钢篮筐中灭菌,可降低广口玻璃瓶破裂率,节约成本。Objective:To study the effects of different packaging ways on the wide mouthed jars’ crack rates by the pressure steam sterilization.Methods:240 new wide mouthed jars were divided into 4 groups:group A was control group which was packaged by the traditional way; Group B,C and D as the experimental group which were packaged by improved ways.Results:The crack rates in group B and D were lower than in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P&lt;0.01).There was no difference between group A and C(P&gt;0.05).Conclusion:The crack rate was higher when jars were packaged in traditional way,and the improved packaging ways could decrease the cost.If the jars were cleaned and wrapped with cotton or plastic,and then placed upside down in stainless steel basket,it can decrease the crack rates when the jars were sterilized under the steam pressure.
