摘　　要：目的:了解广东省三级医院麻醉护士的配置、培训现状与培训需求,为麻醉护士的规范化培训提供参考。方法:采用自行设计的麻醉专业护士培训需求问卷,对2012年参加广东省麻醉专业护士培训的58名学员进行问卷调查。结果 :学员对30项培训内容进行了重要性评价,100%的学员认为专科培训有必要轮转科室,100%的学员认为有必要进修。结论 :开展麻醉专业护士的规范化培训有重要意义,应规范培训内容,开展多种方式的培训。Objective：To understand the knowledge of stafifng, training status and training needs of the nurse anesthetists in hospitals of Guangdong province, and provide the basis for standardized training to the anesthesia nurses. Methods：The self-designed questionnaire was provided to 58 anesthesia nurses who participated in nurse anesthetists training in Guangdong province, to collect the information regarding their training needs. Results：The participants conducted the important evaluation on 30 training contents. All of the anesthesia nurses considered that it was necessary to make rotations in other departments, and 100 percent of the anesthesia nurses considered that it was also necessary to have further study in other hospitals. Conclusion：It is important to provide standardized training for nurse anesthetists. The training should be implemented as soon as possible to cultivate the highly qualiifed nurse anesthetists via standard training contents and various training methods.
