摘  要:收集我国河北省 1 8个天然野生大豆群体 4 61份样本和日本东北部 4 1个天然群体 1 4 4 7份样本 ,调查比较了河北省和日本东北部野生大豆天然群体的百粒重、种皮色、花色和胰蛋白酶抑制剂蛋白电泳形态等性状的表型组成。河北天然群体的 KTI蛋白形态 Tia频率是 85.5% ,Tib频率为 1 4 .5% ;60 %以上的群体是Tia和 Tib混合群体。河北东北部群体都是混合群体 ,白洋淀湖区群体是 Tia单态的。表型多样性值显示河北东北部平原和西南半山区有较高的多样性。日本东北部天然群体 KTI有 96.5% Tia和 3.5% Tib频率 ,2 2 %的群体是 Tia和 Tib混合群体 ,群体形态组成单一 。The wild soybean is widely distributed in China and Japan. In this study we collected 461 and 1447 seed samples of wild soybean from Hebei Province, China and Northeast Japan respectively, and compared the phenotypic composition of the natural populations between Hebei Province, China and northeastern Japan. The results indicated that the Hebei's populations had 85.5% Tia and 14.5 Tib forms of the Kunitz trypsin inhibitor protein (KTI), and over 60% populations were mixed of Tia and Tib. The populations in northeastern Hebei were almost mixed and the Baiyangdian Lake populations were monomorphic (Tia). The differentiation of the KTI within a natural population was somewhat related to geographic position or ecological region but the frequency was randomly distributed, particularly in the mountainous region of northeastern Hebei. In Hebei's populations wild soybeans were found having rare types such as bigger grain weight (more than 3g/100 seeds), black, brown, yellow, green seed coats, and white flower. The phenotypic diversity value indicated that the northeastern plain and southwestern hilly land of Hebei had greater diversity. In northeastern Japan the populations had 96.5% Tia and 3.5% Tib, and 22% of the populations were mixed of Tia and Tib. The majority of the northeastern populations were composed of some monomorphic traits, small seeds (less than 3g wt. of 100 seeds), black seed coat, and purple flower. The phenotypic diversity was lower than that of Hebei's populations. There were 1% of seed samples to be found to contain heterozygote of Tia and Tib in Hebei and Northeast Japan.
