摘　　要：法国HORIBA Jobin Yvon SAS公司生产的ULTIMA2型电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪,用于测量样品中的元素含量,可进行定性和定量分析。仪器由样品导入系统、射频发生器、光学系统、信号处理系统和计算机系统等五部分组成。为了保持仪器良好的性能,必须经常对仪器进行维护保养。本文简要介绍了仪器的基本组成,详细介绍了仪器维护、正确操作诊断和故障维修的方法步骤。ULTIMA2 inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer（ICP-AES） is made in FRANCE HORIBA Jobin Yvon SAS company.The instrument is used for the determination of concentration of elements in a sample. The elements are determined either qualitatively or quantitatively.The plasma emission spectrometer comprises of five main parts：sample introduction system,radio frequency generator, optical system,signal processing system,computer system.In order to maintain the instrument for optimum performance,it is often needed to maintain the instrument.This paper briefly introduces the basic structure of the instrument,the procedures for maintenance,diagnosis,servicing
