摘　　要：目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法,测定茚地普隆衍生物AL-11的含量。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(60:40)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长227nm,进样体积为20μL,柱温为室温。结果AL-11在2μg·mL-1-200μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9995,n=8),检测限为4.0ng,定量限为20ng,精密度试验的RSD为0.31%(n=6),平均含量为99.02%。结论:本法快速、简便、准确,专属性好,灵敏度高,可用于原料药AL-11的质量控制。Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for its determination of AL-11.Methods：A Agilent Zorbax C 18 Colum（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）was adopted for content determination,the mobile phase was methanol-water（60：40）,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was set at 227nm,and the volume of injection was 20μL.Result：The calibration curve was in good linearity in the concentrate range of 2μg·mL^-1-200μg·mL^-1（r=0.9995,n=8）for AL-11,the limit of the detection was 4.0ng,the limit of quantity was 20ng,the precision of the equipment and the reproducibility were good （RSD was 0.3 1%,n=6）.Conclusion：This method is rapid, simple,accurate,selective and sensitive.It can be used for the quality control of crude drug AL-11.
