摘 要:报道了辽宁省玉米产区近年普遍发生的由一种新病害———玉蜀黍出芽短梗霉菌[Aureobasidiumzea (NaritaetHiratsuka)Dingley]引起的玉米北方炭疽病。病原菌生长和分生孢子萌发的适宜温度范围均为20~30℃ ,最适温度为25℃。适宜病菌生长和分生孢子产生的培养基为玉米粉琼脂、燕麦片琼脂和PDA培养基。经人工接种玉米18个杂交种品种测定 ,玉米品种间对该病的抗病性存在一定差异 ,但缺乏高抗和免疫品种。田间病情调查表明 ,该病已在辽宁省普遍发生 ,局部地区已造成严重损失 ,应加强对该病发生规律。A maize disease designated as northern anthracnose, caused by Aureobasidium zeae(Narita et Hiratsuka)Dingley occurred in maize produce areas of Liaoning Province. The optimum temperature for the pathogen mycelia growth and conidia germination ranged 20~30℃. The maize meal agar, oat agar and PDA media were the suitable medium for the pathogen growth and conidia production. Under artificial inoculation,18 maize hybrids were tested for the resistance showed the different resistance to the disease among hybrids, but resistance or immunity hybrid were not found. A survey of the disease field showed that the disease was widely distributed in maize produce areas in Liaoning Province, and caused seriously yield loss in some parts of the areas. So, it is necessary to intensify the research on the disease cycle and resistance breeding of the maize.
