足阳明经穴埋线对面部皱纹皮肤作用效应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察足阳明经穴埋线对面部皱纹皮肤的作用效应。方法:随机选取2013年1月至2013年6月北京军区总医院皮肤科美容门诊的65名面部皱纹皮肤的女性患者,应用足阳明经穴埋线疗法除皱,2周1次,3次1个疗程,共计42d。用VISIA皮肤图像分析仪对患者皮肤皱纹进行定量分析和评价。结果:治疗65例,基本治愈20例(30.8%),显效34例(52.3%),好转10例(15.4%),无效1(1.5%)例,总有效率83.1%,患者耐受性好,无明显不良反应。VISIA皮肤图像分析仪显示治疗后皱纹明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:足阳明经穴埋线可一定程度改善女性面部皮肤皱纹,无明显不良反应。Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of yang ming meridian of foot acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of facial wrinkles. Methods： A total of 65 patients with facial wrinkles were treated with Catgut Embedding therapy on yang ming meridian of foot. 1time in 2 weeks,3 times is a course of treatment. The facial wrinkles were evaluated and analyzed by VISIA complexion analysis system. Results： Twenty patients were cured（ 30. 8%）,34 patients had obvious effect（ 52. 3%）,10 patients were improved（ 15. 4%）,1 patient invalid（ 1. 5%）,the total effective rate was 83. 1%. VISIA complexion analysis system confirmed Wrinkles improved signficantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Yang ming meridian of foot acupoint catgut embedding therapy is an effective method for the treatment of facial wrinkles with no significant side effects.
