摘　　要：通过介绍全预制装配式别墅项目结构施工技术的施工要点、适用范围、工艺原理和流程,阐述了相应的环保措施、安全措施、质量控制措施等。全预制装配式体系的应用,可节约大量资源,缩短工期、减少现场施工工人和管理人员,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。This paper introduces the structural construction technology of prefabricated villas projects, including key points of construction, scope of application, process principle and procedures. It illustrated the corresponding measures in environment protection, safety and quality control. Using the prefabricated systems can save a lot of resources, reduce the construction period and reduce the number of workers and management staffs on site, especially achieving greater economic and remarkable social benefits.
