兽用冻干疫苗耐热保护剂的研究——鸡传染性支气管炎冻干活疫苗耐热保护剂试验

摘　　要：本试验以水解乳蛋白、乳糖、硫脲、多聚蛋白胨、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 (PVP K90 )等为主要材料 ,配 A组保护剂 ,并加 B组保护剂 (国内常规的蔗糖脱脂乳 )和 C组保护剂 (国外疫苗保护剂 )分别与鸡传染性支气管炎病毒 (IBV H1 2 0、H52、HK肾型 )弱毒原液 ,按一定比例配苗 ,采取特定的冻干曲线制备的试验疫苗 ,在不同温度下保存后测定效价变化情况。试验证实 ,A组保护剂耐热保护性能最好 ,在 2～ 8℃条件下有效保存期达 2年以上 ,达到国外同类产品水平。In this experiment, Group A protective was developed with lactalbumin hydrolysate, lactose,PVP(K90) and so on. Then the protective is mixed with avirulent stains(H120,H52, and HK) of IBV according to proper proportion. Experimental vaccines were developed by special lyophilized curves, and their EID 50 values were detected at different temperatures. The study showed Group A protective was the best one to resist heat, and its efficacy could last over 2 years at 2~8℃.
