苏醒灵4号对兔心血管与呼吸系统的影响

摘　　要：苏醒灵 4号是新型的动物麻醉拮抗剂。利用动脉插管技术探讨了该药对清醒兔和眠乃宁麻醉兔心血管和呼吸系统的影响 ,结果表明 ,苏醒灵 4号对清醒兔心血管和呼吸系统无明显的影响 ,但能迅速拮抗眠乃宁对兔心血管和呼吸系统的抑制作用 ,表现为给药后 1 min HR、SP、DP、MAP和 RR明显回升 ,3min时 SP、DP、MAP和 RR值达正常水平 (P>0 .0 5) ,而 HR在 30 min时恢复至正常水平。眠乃宁对心电有明显的影响 ,Q- T、P- R和 QRS间隙延长 ,给予苏醒灵 4号后 1min时开始回升 ,90No.4 Su xing ling is a new antagonist to animal anesthetics.The effects of this agent on cardiovascular and respiratory system were studied in rabbits through arterial catheterization.The results showed that No.4 Su xing ling did not have significantly effect on cardiovascular and respiratory system of conscious rabbit,but it reversed the cardiorespiratory depression produced by Mian nai ning which is a new anesthetic in rabbit.1 min after adminstrating the compound intraveneously,HR,RR,SP,DP and MAP rose instantly.3 min after,the indexes of the above mentioned items except HR returned to normal levels.Besides,this drug eased up the effects of MianNaiNing on electrocardiogram(ECG),the ECG recovered after 90 min of injection.
