摘  要:目的探讨MRI中STIR序列对骨挫伤的诊断价值和意义,评价影像学表现诊断膝关节骨挫伤的效果。方法选取62例膝关节骨挫伤患者进行X线、CT、MRI检查,对三者结果进行对比研究。结果 62例患者X线平片及CT均未见明确骨折征象,MRI有异常信号改变。结论 MRI能较早显示隐性骨折或骨挫伤。患者外伤后X线平片或CT未见明显骨折,外伤部位不能承受重力,持续疼痛伴有软组织肿胀,应行MRI检查;脂肪抑制技术STIR及化学位移脂肪成像(Chem-Sat)对显示骨挫伤的敏感性较高,对提高骨外伤的隐性损伤具有较高的诊断价值。Objective To explore the diagnosis value and significance of STIR sequence in bone contusion, evaluating the imaging performance on diagnosing bone contusion in knee joint. Methods Selected 62 cases of bone contusion in knee joint and examinated with X-ray, CT and MR/to compare the results among them. Results 62 cases with X-ray plain film and CT were showed no definite signs of fracture, but the abnormal signal of MR/changed. Conclusion MR/can earlier revel occult fracture or bone contusion. Traumatic patients examinated with X-ray or CT were showed fracture unconspicuous. MRI should be applied in external injury which cannot bear gravity and persistent pain accompany soft tissue swelling.Fat suppression technique of STIR and chemical shift imaging (Chem-Sat) on fat showed higher sensitivity to revealling bone contusion, so they have the higher diagnosis significance to finding implicit damage bone in traumtic fracture..
