摘　　要：针对高速公路城市出入口区域动态的土地特性,通过引入"灰色用地"理论,运用其超前性、弹性控制等手法,提出了出入口区域弹性控制的"四部曲",以期盘活出入口区域存量土地,提高土地利用效率,加速其"新陈代谢",实现出入口区域可持续发展。Based on the characteristics of the land development of the entrance and exit area of highway, this paper recommends grey land theory and draws on its forward-looking and flexible control advantages. The method to use the flexible control theory in the freeway＇s access area is push forwarded. It is expected that this method can revitalize the stock land in the entrance and exit area of highway, improve the utilization efficiency of the land, accelerate its metabolism and achieve its sustainable development.
