国际竞争力视角下国家形象的实证分析

摘　　要：国家形象是一国软实力的综合表现,在促进经济、贸易、金融、文化、政治、外交等领域的交流与合作中发挥着重要作用。从国际竞争力整体概念、理论和数据出发,对世界主要国家和地区国家形象的现状及其影响因素进行的实证分析结果表明,一国的国家形象主要由八个方面决定,即经济发展、政府管理、基础建设、金融建设、科技发展、教育水平、能源消耗及社会结构,但这八大要素在决定发达国家、发展中国家以及杰出国家的国家形象时的侧重点有所不同。发达国家和地区的政府管理与科技投入水平对国家形象的影响较为突出;而发展中国家和地区的教育水平和社会公平问题却成为重要的影响因素;杰出国家的国家形象的影响因素突出表现在高技术、外资引入、收入分配及劳动力水平四个方面。National image is a comprehensive reflection of a country＇s soft power, playing an important role in promoting communication and cooperation in economic, trade, financial, cultural, political, diplomatic and other fields. Starting from the concept of overall international competitiveness, based on theoretical and data analysis, the paper make an empirical analysis on the current situation and in- fluence factors of the national image of main countries and regions in the world. Empirical results re- veal that a country＇s national image is mainly determined by eight aspects, namely, economic develop- ment, governance, infrastructure, financial construction, technology, education, energy consumption and social structure, each playing different role in determining the image in developed, developing and outstanding countries respectively. In developed countries and regions, governance and investment in science and technology have a more prominent impact on national image, whereas in developing coun- tries and regions, education and social justice have become significant factors. Finally, influence fac- tors of the national image of outstanding countries highlights four aspects, that is, high technology, the introduction of foreign capital, income distribution and the level of labor.
