摘　　要：聚焦转型期城市更新中出现的居住毗邻隔离现象,分析了城市毗邻隔离住区的形成机制与典型生成路径,并预测了其发展趋势,最后从住区更新与城市规划管理两个方面提出了初步的调控思路。This essay pays close attention to the prob- lems of the adjacent segregation appeared with urban renewal in the transformation period, and then makes further investigation upon the formative mechanism and typical development path of it. Finally, it puts forward preliminary regulate and control ideas from the perspective of existing residential area renewal and ur- ban planning management.
