摘 要:采用8.0 Gyγ射线照射ICR小鼠,探讨富氢水对小鼠辐射损伤的保护作用。结果表明:与单纯照射组相比,照前24小时给水组、照前0.5小时给水组动物的平均存活天数分别提高了2.1天和7.1天,其保护指数分别为1.08和1.26;富氢水组动物的血液学指标检测结果以及脾脏、胸腺脏器重量和脏器系数也优于单纯照射组;而动物体重、血清生化指标、骨髓有核细胞数等指标无明显差异。结果提示,富氢水对于小鼠的辐射损伤具有一定程度的保护作用,其中,照射前0.5小时给水对小鼠的保护作用要优于照前24小时给水和照射后给水。Through irradiation with 8 .0 Gy gamma rays ,the protective effects were studied of hydrogen-rich water at time given against radiation injury in mice .The results show that ,for the before-irradiation-24 h feed water group and the before-irradiation-0 .5 h feed water group ,average survival time increased 2 .1 and 7 .1 d , respectively ,compared with irradiation-alone group .The protective index was 1 .08 and 1 .26 ,respectively the results of blood and spleen ,thymus organ weight and coefficient of hydrogen-rich water group animal were also better than irradiation-alone group;while the animal body weight ,serum biochemical parameters ,bone marrow nucleated cell count were of no significant difference with irradiation-alone group .Results suggest that hydro-gen-rich water has the protective effects against irradiation injury .The protective effect of the before-irradi-ation-0 .5 h feed water group is better than that of the the before-irradiation-24 h feed water group and the irra-diation-alone group feed water .
