摘 要:目的探讨γ射线累积照射对大鼠血象和血液生化指标的影响。方法成年SD大鼠接受137Csγ射线照射(剂量率0.336 mGy/min),累积剂量分别为0.5、1.0和2.0 Gy。照射结束后第2天和第11天,检测大鼠血象、WBC分类和血液生化指标。结果γ射线累积照射可造成受照大鼠WBC数在照后第2天显著降低;当累积剂量为1.0 Gy和2.0 Gy时,淋巴细胞比例持续降低,单核细胞比例持续升高,粒细胞比例暂时升高和HGB水平延迟性降低;血液生化指标中除尿酸外其它未见明显变化。结论γ射线累积照射对血液WBC及其分类有明显影响,对大鼠血液生化指标无明显影响。This paper is to investigate the effects of cumulative gamma irradiation on hemogram and biochemi-cal indicators in rats blood .Adult SD rats were exposed to 137 Cs gamma ray at 0 .336 mGy/min ,and cumula-tive dose was 0 .05 ,0 .20 ,0 .5 ,1 .0 and 2 .0 Gy ,respectively .Hemogram ,WBC classification and biochem-ical indicators were detected at the second d and 11th d after exposure in rats blood .Gamma irradiation caused the number of WBC to decrease significantly at two days after exposure .Compared with control rats ,lympho-cyte ratio in exposed rats was consecutively lower ,monocyte ratio was consecutively higher ,granulocyte ratio and hemoglobin level delayed reduced ,when cumulative dose is 1 .0 Gy and 2 .0 Gy .There was no obvious change in blood biochemical indicators except acidum uricum .Cumulative gamma irradiation influences signifi-cantly WBC number and its classification in rats blood .
