摘 要:文章将社群视为知识服务中用户聚合形成的社会化有机群体,并作为研究对象,从协同合作的视角去思考这个由多用户组建的社群其成员的选择。首先,建立了用户个体能力模型,描述用户学习及基于学习的行为调整过程,并进一步给出了用户行为调整的内在逻辑。其次,研究了社群成员的选择模型,分析了社群的组织关系并在此基础上提出了基于各用户间协同关系的评价方法,并从个体表现与协同表现两个维度给出了评价指标体系。最后,采用GRASP算法,对提出的社群成员选择模型进行求解,并通过算例验证了算法的可操作性和实用性。This paper regards the community as the socialized organic group formed by the users aggregated in knowledge service, takes it as the object of study, and considers the selection of the members of the community composed of multiple users from the perspective of collaboration. The paper firstly constructs a model of user individual ability, describes the user learning and learn- ing-based behavior adjustment process, and further gives the internal logic of user behavior adjustment. Then, it studies the model for the selection of community members, analyzes the organizational relationships of the community, and on this basis, proposes the evaluation method based on the collaborative relations among various users, and gives the evaluation index system from the 2 di- mensions of individual performance and collaborative performance. Finally, the paper uses the GRASP algorithm to work out the model for the selection of community members, and verifies the operability and practicality of the algorithm through examples.
