信息融汇过程中图书馆联盟建立专题数据库的策略研究

摘　　要：从信息融汇过程中图书馆联盟成员构建专题数字图书馆的实际背景出发,完全信息下,在考虑了知识具有公共属性、可替代性和"囚徒困境"的基础上,建立了专题数据库构建过程中图书馆联盟寡头成员间的博弈模型。文章用经济学的反应函数和重复剔除严格劣战略的方法找出纳什均衡解,运用博弈论的方法探讨了寡头联盟成员企业间的合作与竞争的相关问题。最后,根据上述分析,给出了一系列相应的管理启示。Starting from the actual background in which the members of the library alliance construct the special digital library in the information fusion process, and based on the consideration of the public attribute, replaceability and ＂prisoner dilemma＂ of knowledge in the complete information condition, this paper constructs the game model between the oligarchic members of the li- brary alliance during the construction of the special database. The paper uses the reaction function in economics and the method of it- erated elimination of strictly dominated strategies to find out the solution of Nash equilibrium, and then uses the method of game theory to discuss the related issues about corporation and competition between the oligarchic alliance member enterprises. Finally, the paper gives a series of relevant management inspirations based on the above-mentioned analysis.
