摘 要:制备了马来酸酐改性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)接枝物(MPVB-M)及MPVB-M的水性化产物WPVBM。采用红外、核磁氢谱对MPVB-M的结构进行了表征,采用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)、Kissinger和Starink法对WPVB-M的热分解动力学进行了研究,求出其参数;利用Coast-Redfern法研究了WPVB-M的热分解机理。结果表明,不同多重速率扫描法求得的WPVB-M热分解的表观活化能较为接近;Kissinger法求得的两步分解的指前因子分别为34.76和32.79;WPVB-M的两步热分解动力学方程分别为G(α)=[ln(1-α)-1]3,G(α)=[ln(1-α)-1]4。The malice anhydride modified polyvinyl butyral (PVB) grafts ( MPVB - M) and its water borne product WPVB - M were prepared. The structure of MPVB - M was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The thermal decom- position kinetics of WPVB - M was investigated by Flynn - Wall - Ozawa ( FWO), Kissinger and Starink method and the kinetic parameters were obtained. The thermal decomposition mechanism was also studied with Coast - Red- fern method. The results showed that the activation energy values of WPVB - M obtained by different multi - rate scanning method were closer. The pre - exponential factor of two - step decomposition obtained by Kissinger method was 34. 76 and 32. 79, respectively. The kinetic equation of the two - step thermal decomposition of WPVB - M could be expressed asG(α)=[1n(1-α)-1]3,G(d)=[In(1-α)-1]4. respectively.
