中西医结合治疗细菌性毛囊炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合复方氯霉素酊治疗细菌性毛囊炎的临床疗效。方法将112例细菌性毛囊炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例,给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液口服,复方氯霉素酊外敷;对照组52例,给用复方氯霉素酊外敷,治疗周期为2周。所有患者在治疗2周时观察临床疗效,并在1个月后随访,观察其复发情况。结果治疗2周后治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为81.7%和53.8%,两组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月两组复发率分别为22.4%和60.7%,治疗组对复发的控制效果要远远优于对照组。结论蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合复方氯霉素酊治疗细菌性毛囊炎疗效好,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid combined with Compound Chloramphenicol Tincture efficacy in the treatment of bacterial folliculitis. Methods 112 cases of bacterial folliculitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in the treatment group were given Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid, oral, topical chloramphenicol tincture compound; the control group of 52 cases, with the compound chloramphenicol tincture for external application, the treatment period of 2 weeks. All the patients in the treatment of clinical observation of 2 weeks, and followed up in 1 months, to observe the recurrence. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group the total effective rate were 81.7% and 53.8%, there are obvious differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）; 1 months after treatment, two groups of recurrence rates were 22.4% and 60.7%, the control group on the recurrence of the control effect is much better than that of the control group .Conclusion Pudilan antiphlogistie oral liquid combined with Compound Chloramphenicol Tincture in the treatment of bacterial folliculitis good curative effect, which is worth the clinical promotion.
