痊愈妥联合通心络胶囊粉剂外用治疗压疮的临床护理研究

摘　　要：目的 观察痊愈妥黏性敷料联合通心络胶囊粉剂外用治疗压疮的临床疗效.方法 将住院压疮患者180例根据shea分级法,分为1～4级,将患者随机分为实验A组（下称A组）66例、对照B组（下称B组）55例和对照C组（下称C组）60例,A组疮面应用痊愈妥联合通心络胶囊粉末外敷;B组疮面应用痊愈妥外敷;C组外涂烧伤湿润膏,无菌纱布覆盖疮面.运用压疮愈合计分表（PUSH）评分法每周进行1次疮面评估,连续评4周,以此对比3组疗效.结果 A组PUSH评分、压疮愈合时间均小于B组和C组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 痊愈妥黏性敷料联合通心络胶囊扮剂外用治疗压疮疗效好,值得推广.Objective To observe the clinical effect of Quanyutuo combined with Tongxinluo capsule powder by external application on pressure ulcers. Methods 180 inpatients with pressure ulcers at 1~4 stage according to Shea classification were randomly divided into experimental group A （A group, 66 cases）, the control group B （B group,55 cases） and control group C （C group,60 cases）. A group were treated by external application of Quanyutuo combined with Tongxinluo capsule powder; B group were treated by external application of Quanyutuo; C group were treated with moist burn ointment and covered with sterile gauze. Wound was assessed using the method of PUSH once a week for 4 weeks, and then curative effects were compared among the three groups. Results PUSH score and the healing time of pressure ulcers in A group were less than those of B group and C group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Quanyutuo combined with Tongxinluo capsule powder by external application on pressure ulcers is good and the method is worth generalizing.
