老年女性初发2型糖尿病患者的临床分析

摘　　要：目的通过对88例老年女性初发2型糖尿病患者的临床分析,总结此类患者的发病特点、并发症情况及相关因素,为其防治提供科学依据。方法将我院88例此类患者的一般情况、临床特点及治疗2周后血糖的控制情况进行回顾性分析。结果临床表现为起病隐匿,临床症状不典型,并发症多,与遵医性、单纯血糖控制率、年龄及受教育情况有关。结论对老年女性应定期进行体检以早期发现血糖增高进行早期干预,以减少糖尿病的发生率,减少糖尿病的漏诊及误诊,降低医疗费用的支出。Objective With analysis of clinical features for 88 elderly female type 2 diabetes patients, the clinical characteristics, complications and related factors was summarized, to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control. Methods Retrospectively analysis has been performed with 88 patients in our hospital by their general clinical features and blood glucose situations after two weeks treatment. Results The elderly female patients onset occult, having more complications, and their clinical symptoms are not typical. The compliance with medical suggestion and simple blood sugar control rate relate with age and education. Conclusion It is suggestion for elder female to regularly take a health examination, so as to discovery hyperglycemia early, to eliminate the incidence and misdiagnosis of diabetes as much as possible, furthermore to reduce medical exvenses.
