摘  要:玉米丝黑穗病是黑龙江省春玉米的主要病害之一,发生普遍,危害严重。枯草芽孢杆菌68是一株广谱高效生防菌株,对多种蔬菜作物的土传真菌病害具有较强抑制作用。本研究以枯草芽孢杆菌68菌液为主要活性成分,将其制成拌种剂和颗粒剂,以拌种和种肥形式在前茬玉米丝黑穗病高发地块使用,结果表明枯草芽孢杆菌68对玉米丝黑穗病具有较好防治作用,防效与施用方式有关,拌种剂和颗粒剂一起使用防效最高,与化学药剂相当;单独施用,拌种剂的防效高于颗粒剂,且差异显著。此外,枯草芽孢杆菌对玉米生长发育具有促进作用。Maize head smut caused by Sphacelotheca reiliana is one of the major diseases in spring maize in Heilongjiang Province. It results in serious losses both yield and quality. Bacillus subtilis strain 68 can strongly inhibit some pathogenic fungi from different vegetable and crops. In this study,the fermentation cultures of the strain were used for controlling maize head smut in the field as seed dressing and granule agents. The results showed that the strain could control maize head smut. The control efficacy was related to application ways. Seed dressing together with granule agents was the best application way. Its control efficiency for maize head smut was the highest,which is similar to that of chemical pesticides. Comparing seed dressing agent with granule agent,the control efficiency of seed dressing agent was higher than that of granule agent. In addition,Bacillus subtilis also promoted the maize growth.
