摘 要:研究了权重信息部分确知且对方案有偏好的不确定多属性决策问题。首先,基于主客观偏好信息,建立一个目标规划模型,通过求解该模型得到属性权重,进而获得加权规范化矩阵。其次,对TOPSIS法进行改进,并利用相对贴近度进行方案排序或择优。提出了一种基于目标规划和相对贴近度的不确定多属性决策方法。最后,将方法应用于人才引进问题验证了方法的可行性和有效性。The uncertain multi-attribute decision making problem that the information about attribute weights are known partly and the decision make has preference information on alternatives are investigated in this paper. Firstly,an objective programming model based on the subjective and objective preference information on alternatives was established. The attribute weights were obtained by solving the model,thus the weighting normalized matrix was gained. Secondly,TOPSIS was improved and the ranking priorities or selecting the best on alternatives were processed by using the relative close-degree. A new approach based on objective programming and relative close-degree for the uncertain multi-attribute decision making problem with uncertain preference information on alternatives was proposed. Finally,the proposed method was applied in the introducing problem of person with ability,and illustrated the feasibility and availability of the developed method.
