男性超高血红蛋白人群的血糖和血脂分析

摘　　要：目的对超高血红蛋白(Hb)人群不同年龄组的血糖(GLU)、血脂进行分析。方法随机抽取Hb≥180 g/L男性体检者500例,记录GLU、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及高密度胆固醇(HDL)值;随机取Hb在正常范围的男性体检人群200例作为正常对照。根据年龄分成5组。结果超高Hb组GLU随着年龄的增加有所上升,但与对照组相比,前3组的GLU值反而偏低,只有50岁后才高于对照组。HDL值下降现象普遍存在,各年龄组超高Hb人群分别与对照组比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超高Hb各组的TG值及总阳性率均高于对照组。超高Hb人群的各组平均TC值除年轻组外均高于对照组(P<0.05),总阳性率也明显升高。结论普通体检者超高Hb人群主要分布在中青年男性,GLU变化较平稳而血脂变化较明显。Objective To analyze the ultra-high hemoglobin population in different age groups in terms of blood glucose and blood lipid.Methods Five hundred male cases with Hb≥180 g/L were randomly selected to record their blood glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol and HDL cholesterol values; Two hundred male adults whose Hb is within the normal range were randomly selected as control group.The males were categorized into 5 groups according to age.Results High blood glucose in ultra-high group increased with age.However,compared with the control group,the blood sugar value in the former 3 groups were lower than the control group.Only those older than 50 years have a higher value than the control group.Decline in HDL values were seen in each ultra-high Hb group.And the values were significantly different compared with the control（P 0.05）.The TG value and the total positive rate were higher in all ultra-high Hb groups than those of the control.The TC average value of each ultra-high Hb group was higher than that of the control（P0.05） except young group,and their total positive rate increased significantly.Conclusion As for common people under medical check,ultra-high Hb is mainly distributed among the young men,the blood glucose is relatively stable and blood lipid changes greatly.
