摘 要:目的比较四种鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌方法的敏感性、特异性。方法分别采用血浆凝固酶试验玻片法、试管法、PCR法检测金葡菌特异性基因nuc、femA对西安市食物中毒及食品中分离的50株玻片法阳性金葡菌重新进行鉴定,并与全自动微生物鉴定仪VITEK-2鉴定结果进行比较。结果这四种方法的灵敏度分别为1、0.97、1、1,特异度分别为0、1、1、1,与VITEK-2鉴定结果的一致性(Kappa值)分别为0、0.95、1、1。结论采用试管法血浆凝固酶试验或检测nuc、femA基因来鉴定金葡菌均具有很高的敏感性、特异性,尤其后两种方法更值得推广。Objective To compare the sensitivity and specificity of the four identification methods of Staphylococcus aureus. Methods Fifty Staphylococcus aureus strains were isolated from food poisoning samples in Xi'an, then identified by the plasma - eoagulase test ( slide method) , the tube method and PCR to detect the specific genes nuc and femA. The results of the four identification methods were compared with those by VITEK -2 compact automated microbiology system. Results The sensitivity of the four methods were 1,0.97, 1 and 1, respectively. The specificity of the four methods were 0, 1, 1 and 1, respectively. The Kappa values compared to VITEK 2 identification result were 0, 0.95, 1 and 1, respectively. Conclugion Both the tube method and plasma - coagulase test show higher sensitivity and specificity in detection of nuc gene and femA gene, especially the latter is worth spreading.
