摘 要:目的对从宁波的进口块冻虾仁金黄色葡萄球菌分布量及肠毒素携带情况,分离金黄色葡萄球菌的产毒率和耐药性等进行检测和分析。方法用GB 4789.10标准对样品金黄色葡萄球菌进行检测,样本毒素提取后用全自动免疫荧光分析仪(mini-VIDAS)检测,用K-B法对菌株进行药敏试验。结果块冻虾仁中金黄色葡萄球菌数量一年四季基本持平,所检块冻虾仁样品中未检出肠毒素;检出的25株金黄色葡萄球菌产毒率为64%。25株金葡菌均不是MRSA,一般对青霉素和氨苄青霉素耐药率较高。结论进口块冻虾仁中未检出肠毒素,但所检出菌株有一定产毒率,因此仍需重视对污染有金黄色葡萄球菌虾仁后续加工处理过程的控制。Objective To discuss the quantity of Staphylococcus aureus(SA) and the Staphylococcus enterotoxin(SE) in whole frozen shrimps in this paper. Methods S. aureus was detected according to GB 4789.10 and the SE was detected by mini - VIDAS after extraction from the frozen shrimps. The tolerance of SA was tested by K - B method. Results The results showed that the quantity of SA was unbiased in the whole year, and the enterotoxin was not detected. Twenty - five SA strains were detected in these shrimps samples, the enterotoxin -producing rate was 64 %. All the SA strains from the whole frozen shrimps were not the MRSA, with high resistance to penicillin and ampicillin. Conclusion The enterotoxin was not detected in the shrimps in Ningbo. But a proportion of the SA strains from the shrimps can produce enterotoxin. So more attention should be paid to control the follow - up processes of the whole frozen shrimps with SA contamination.
