“产学研用”模式下应用型人才培养探索与实践——以龙岩学院家具设计与制造专业为例

摘　　要：在"产学研用"模式下,依托社会发展和行业需求,探索家具专业应用型人才的培养模式,并以龙岩学院家具设计与制造专业为例进行实践。具体措施包括修订完善培养方案,科学设置课程体系,加强实践环节针对性,企业参与完成课堂教学,以科研促进教学,在家具专业应用型人才培养实践中取得了良好效果,达到人才培养与企业人才储备目标相一致。This paper discusses the training patterns for furniture professionals under the mode of ＂production, study, research and application＂, depending on social development and the need of the industry. By using the example of practice of the major of furniture design and manufacturing of Longyan University, it explores and practices the training patterns for furniture professionals through such approaches as the revision and perfection of the training plan, scientific establishment of course curriculum system, the strengthening of targeted practical process and the combination of classroom instruction with enterprise demand. Good results have been achieved. The talent training is consistent with the talent reserve goal of enterprises.
