摘　　要：《计算机基础》是高校非计算机专业学生公共基础教育课程,该课程学生差别大、内容多、更新快、实践性强。从社会发展对人才新的要求出发,分析当前地方高校《计算机基础》教学存在的若干问题基础上提出完善课程目标、更新教学内容、改革教学模式,以提高教学效果培养复合型创新型人才。Computer Fundamentals is a basic public education curriculum for non-computer science students in universities. Students learning this course vary greatly and the course is rich in content, upgrades frequently and needs much practice. For the purpose of nurturing talents, the teaching of Computer Fundamentals needs to be reformed in terms of curriculum goals, teaching content and teaching mode. The reform is designed to improve teaching efficiency and cultivate versatile innovative talents.
