摘　　要：精细化管理是一种是很有实效性的现代管理科学手段。当前,在推进地方性本科院校内涵发展和提升的过程中,必须把精细化作为一种理念融入到各项管理工作中去。通过构建资产精细化管理模式,促进地方性本科院校利用效益最大化。Fine management is a modern management science. In developing the local colleges＇ education, fine management should be incorporated as an idea into other managements. The paper concludes that it is necessary for local colleges to assets and put forward a managing mode for assets fine management with the greatest benefit and effect of fine management of assets in local colleges.
