摘 要:目的探讨浓缩总蛋白试剂携带污染对酶法检测肌酐结果的影响。方法选取50例无脂血、无溶血的血清,用全自动生化分析仪先单独测定肌酐,再按先总蛋白后肌酐分析的顺序检测肌酐。结果两组肌酐检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相关系数(r)=0.999 7。回归方程:Y=0.998 68X+12.691 4(Y=单独测定肌酐结果,X=测定总蛋白后再测肌酐结果)。结论浓缩总蛋白试剂对酶法检测肌酐有负干扰。Objective To explore the influence of pollution carried by total total protein concentration reagent on the detection results of creatinine by enzymatic detection. Methods 50 cases of serum without lipemia and hemolysis were selected. Automatic biochemical analyzer was used for determine creatinine alone firstly, and the creatinine was detected in the order of total protein first and then creatinine. Results The comparison of detection result of creatinine between the two kinds of detection method had statistically significant difference (P〈0.05) with the correlation coefficient (r)=0.9997. The regression equation:Y= 0.998 68X+12.691 4(Y--the detection results of creatinine alone,X^he detection results in the order of total protein first and then creatinine). Conclusion Total protein concentrate reagents has negative interference to the detectiion of creatinine by enzymatic method.
