摘  要:针对低渗透储层常规酸化解堵施工压力高、易诱发管外窜,低压注入时间长、酸液对管柱腐蚀严重的问题,通过室内试验研究了混合有机酸酯的控释酸酸化技术,并在江河、宝浪油田现场试验4口井,其中2口井采用不动管柱施工,措施有效率100~/oo,取得了较好的增注效果。该控释酸配方体系具有常温范围(10-50℃)内呈中性(pH值在6.0~6.4之间),在地层温度下反应产生酸的特性,可实现不动管柱施工,达到既不腐蚀地面设备和管线,又能对地层进行解堵改造的目的。In allusion to the problems of high pressure,channeling being easily induced outside casings,long injection time at low pressure and serious corrosion in acidizing during the broken down in low permeability reservoirs,an organic acid release-controlled acidizing technology was developed through laboratory test.It was used in 4wells in Jianghe Oilfield,Boalang Oilfield,and it was operated in 2wells with unmoving casing-string technique with 100%effectiveness and better stimulation effect was obtained.The formulation system is neutral(pH value of 6.0~6.4)at normal temperature(within the range of 10~50℃)and it produces acid characters at the formation temperature.Because of the above characteristics,it can achieve production without moving casing-strings and without corroding surface equipment and pipelines for broken dawm.
