摘  要:结合稠油热采井实际工况,分析了在提拉、注汽和热采3个过程中套管柱的受力情况,研究形成了3种状态下的套管柱力学分析计算方法,应用C#程序设计语言开发了软件。计算结果表明,软件计算结果符合工程设计要求,满足热采井固井施工需要,对于热采井固井具有一定的指导意义。With the continuous deepening of oil and gas exploration and the development of drilling engineering and technology,the scale of heavy oil in China was increasingly developed.However,due to the high temperature in thermal recovery,casing-string damages were often induced,which directly affected the life of thermal recovery equipment.Combined with the actual working conditions for thermal recovery wells,and force applied on casing string pulling,steam injection and thermal recovery were analyzed,the mechanical analytical methods for calculation the above three states of the casing strings were established,a software was developed by using C# programming language.The results show that software analysis result is consistent with the engineering design requirements and can meet the requirements of cementing operation in thermal recovery wells,it provides guidance for cementing in thermal recovery wells.
